I've been in therapy for about 2 months now. I had anxiety and high-stress levels. I would have panic attacks during exams. Ms. Shiwani Kohli gave me easy exercises to do, which helped me have more control over myself. Thanks to her I wrote my board exams well. I'll highly recommend her .it'll take time but it is worth it

But, Dr Shivani has this trusting aura around her that makes you open up. The first thing she told me was that my privacy would be maintained no matter what. I went to her seeking help for Panic attacks. She’s given me a couple of techniques and started to uncover why they were happening. I really appreciate that she didn’t try to solve the issue on the surface level but made sure to connect the dots to the root of what’s causing my attacks. She’s very sweet and friendly. She’s got exceptional knowledge of her field. She’s very unbiased, she also explains and reinforces things very well. I’m so beyond happy I went to her. I have been consulting Dr. Shiwani Kohli for stress and personality disorder for about 9 months now. She is very sweet and warm and it takes little to no time to open up to her.
